Municipal Building/Sherburne Hall Renovations

The Municipal Building renovations include 3 areas.

  1. Sherburne Hall  -> auditorium seating for large public meetings and community use including the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, and Conservation Commission.
  2. 6 Unfinished Classrooms nearest the Fire Station -> converted to PTV studio, meeting room, conference room and Park and Recreation larger office
  3. Unfinished space behind the Police Station -> converted to lockable storage areas for all Departments

Classroom 2 - proposed new Park and Recreation office. The current office currently already spills into the expansion area for files and equipment.

Classroom 3 - proposed new main meeting room for the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, and Conservation Commission. The brick wall in this picture would be removed to combinded with classroom 5 to form one large room.

Classroom 4 - proposed new PTV broadcast studio room. A small glass window will be installed between classroom 4 and 6 to allow the PTV operators viewing access into the studio. The operators typically include a video technician, and audio technician, and a phone operator.
