14.   Impact Fee: Under RSA 674:21 V. a fee or assessment imposed upon a development, including subdivision of land, building construction or other land use activity, in order to help meet future needs that will be impacted by the development. Impact Fees are recommended by the CIP Committee, approved by the Planning Board and established by the Board of Selectmen.
