Application for Volunteer Form Instructions

Instructions

You may use the Web based Volunteer Application Form or you may download the MS Word version of the form to submit an application.

The Web based Volunteer Application Form is filled out online. When you click on the submit button, the form will provide you with a confirmation page that you can print and file with your records, and it will automatically forward the application to the Selectman for you.

The MS Word can be downloaded to your PC, fill it out and emailed as an attachment to the Board of Selectman's office at: mailto:selectmen@pelham-nh.com?subject=Volunteer Form Submission
