1.) Click the Library Catalog link on the left side of the page 2.) At the bottom of the Library Catalog, click on Access Patron Info. 3.) Enter your Patron ID or library card number, and your last name. Follow the instructions for accessing your account. Once you are logged in a list of the items you have checked out will appear. Choose the items you wish to renew and click Renew selected items.

Click the Patron Request button on the lower right side of the page. Enter in the appropriate information. We will call you when your requested item is available and keep it behind the main circulation desk.
How do I access the downloadable Audio and Ebooks? Pelham has access to the NH Downloadable Audio Books Consortium courtesy of the NH State Library. Follow these easy steps to access hundreds of great titles and download them to your computer, transfer them to a portable device, or burn them to CD to enjoy anytime. 1.) Click the box below to get started or visit http://nh.lib.overdrive.com. 2.) At the top of the page, click My Account. Search by town or by library and select Pelham Public Library. Enter your Library Card number. Please use your own number and do not share your number with other people. 3.) There is an excellent Guided Tour to help you get started available here. If you have trouble accessing the Guided Tour, see the instructions below. 4.) If this is your first time using the service, you will have to download Overdrive Media Console to use and listen to audiobooks. You will need to download Adobe Digital Editions to use and view Ebooks. Go to the Home page, on the left navigation bar, click on the software you will need for the media you are interested in (audiobooks or Ebooks).
When you click the link, you will be able to review the instructions and system requirements for installation. There are several options for mobile devices including Android, iPhone, Blackberry, and Windows Mobile. Use the help features if you get stuck. 5.) Once you have downloaded the appropriate software you can begin checking out audiobooks and Ebooks! Here is an example: The audiobook below is currently checked out. See the lower
right box circled in red. If you would like to place an item that is checked
out on hold, simply click Place a Hold. You will be instructed to enter your
email and will be notified when this item is made available.
6.) If an item is Available, click to add it to your cart. Items will stay in your cart for up to 60 minutes so you may continue browsing for other titles and check out all your selections at once. When you are ready to check your items out, click Proceed to Check out or My Cart. Items will remain checked out to you for 7 days.You may check out up to 3 items at a time. After the 7 days the item will disappear from your cart. If you have saved the audiobook to your PC or Mac, iTunes or portable device, it will remain on that device and not disappear.
