NOVEMBER 2007 ART EXHIBIT

This month, the Library is featuring the Fine Art Photography of Vern Wamsganz.

As an international exhibitor in Photographic Society of America nature and color exhibitions, Vern has received several acceptance awards for his images. He has been awarded a STAR rating for excellence in nature photography and just this year has earned another international Star rating for his color general work. He has been featured in the Salem Observer and the Boston Globe, and his work has been published in the Photographic Society of America Journal.

Whether working in his studio or traveling a forgotten back road, Vern’s photography reflects his passionate life style.  “My photographic vision is indeed influenced by a deep sense of adventure, both near and far.  The satisfaction of sharing this visual exploration through my photography is indeed a strong influence in my work.”

Vern resides in Southern New Hampshire with his wife of 38 years, Diane. She serves as both editor and assistant on many of his projects.

This ongoing series of exhibits features local artists to promote the arts in our community.   We thank the artists for their participation and generosity in sharing their work with us.
