Case #2246 - ML 4-180-17 -TWO M CONSTRUCTION CO./off Benoit Avenue Extension - Seeking a Variance concerning Article III, Section 307-13, 14 to permit reduced frontage to meet Backland Standards for Lot Shape per Section 11.04 of Rules & Regulations Governing Subdivision of Land.
Mr. Matt Hamor, Meisner Brem Corporation, representing the applicant submitted a letter, dated May 9, 2003, to the Planning Department which requested that the case be taken off the agenda until additional information was received (both from the state and the Planning Board). Abutters will be re-notified when the case will be heard.

Mr. McNamara acknowledged Mr. Peter LaPolice (former Chairman) and Mr. George LaBonte (former Clerk) and thanked them for their hard work and dedication as Board members. He was hopeful that they would volunteer in the future.
