PLANNING BOARD MEETING

December 27, 2004   

 

PRESENT:

Paddy Culbert, Bill Scanzani, Gael Ouellette, Altern= ate Bob Yarmo, Planning Director Will D’Andrea

 

ABSENT:

 

Peter McNamara, Henry DeLuca, Robin Bousa, Alternate Raymond Brunelle, Selectmen Representative Victor Danevich

 

Chairman Paddy Culbert announced that there wo= uld not be a Planning Board meeting because there were only four members presen= t, which did not constitute a quorum.  =

 

In order to do a vote necessary to put Zoning Amendments to a second public hearing on January 13, 2005, the Chairman, Pa= ddy Culbert, sought voice votes (via telephone) from Mr. Henry DeLuca and Mr. P= eter McNamara who agreed to put the proposed amendments to a public hearing.
