submitted to the Planning Department were creating an undue burden on the B=
oard
and the Planning Department because of the re-engineering required after the

</span>He proposed a motion to direct the Planning Director that as part of=
 the
&#8216;completed application process&#8217; plans should include/show the
35,000SF contiguous area, 15,000SF building envelope to be shown (no part o=

is to be in the wetland area or wetland conservation district); the Board d=
oes
not want to review plans that need to be re-engineered after they are accep=
ted that
have those items missing.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Mr.
