 w:st=3D"on">Sherburne Road</st1:address></st1:Street>) near the old subdiv=

the past a subdivision was done adding <st1:Street w:st=3D"on"><st1:address
 w:st=3D"on">Nicolas Lane</st1:address></st1:Street> and extending <st1:Str=

that time the Board wanted a right-of-way to Tamposi&#8217;s land therefore
there was a land transfer to retain the right-of-way.<span

ivide their
90-acres into nineteen lots of various sizes.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Mr. Zohdi said he knew the Board w=
ould
want to discuss the road connectivity and asked if it was preferred to exte=
nd
the future road (approximately 767feet) back to <st1:Street w:st=3D"on"><st=
1:address
 w:st=3D"on">Spaulding Hill Road</st1:address></st1:Street>.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>He said they would be using Pennic=
huck
water, who had already drilled the wells and submitted to the state.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>He said his client was working with
Pennichuck to take over the water system; hydrants would also be added.<span

take the loop out and add a cul-de-sac to meet the subdivision

were problems with noise late in the evening and early in the morning,
profanity being yelled and garage doors being slammed.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She said rocket scientists lived i=
n one
of the houses purchased by Mr. Nicolls and there were loud noises from rock=
et
fuel being tested.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She didn&#=
8217;t
feel the abutters should put up with what was going on.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Ms. Day said there was a bonded is=
sue to
provide eighty arbor vides to provide a buffer, which was not provided; a f=

was installed, but at this point was falling down.<span

cy and

Department regarding the rocket scientist and was told that he was state

ence,
trees and retention pond that were supposed to be maintained, but were
not.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She said Mr. Nicolls sig=
ned a
waiver that he had no intent to cut any trees on ML113-2 , however all the
trees had been cut.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She said
blasting had occurred but the Fire Department had not been notified.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Ms. Gendy then circulated photogra=
phs of
the fence, the back area showing no trees were planted, retention pond,
motorcycle shop, car refurbishing building, and the rocket scientist&#8217;s
house.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She then discussed the
problems that had occurred in connection with her well water.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She had water tests done before and
after the building was constructed and had dramatic differences.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>She discussed situations that she
believed were caused by the changes in the water, such as her daughter being
diagnosed with diabetes, her mother being diagnosed with cancer and both her
and her neighbor having animals (from different litters) being diagnosed wi=
th
both diabetes and cancer.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Ms.=
 Gendy

were not supposed to be verbatim, but rather to fairly accurately reflect
conversation, testimony and the Board&#8217;s deliberation.<span

other controversy down the road, both Ms. Taris and Mr. Luke Hurley could t=

issue with what was included in the minutes; unless there was something
