MOTION:  (Stearns/Loosigian) to approve 1395 sq.ft. Minimum Impact Dredge & Fill application.

MOTION:  (Stearns/Loosigian) to send a lett= er to Planning Board recommending that the house be moved further away from the W= CD and closer to the cul-de-sac.

Map 42, Lots 10-18 & 10-31, Advanced Investm= ents, LLC, Hillcrest Lane Senior Housing/Boulder Hills.  Minimum Impact Dredge & Fill Wetlands

 

This case was represented by Sean Harrington, Project Manager and John St. Pierre of SFC Engineering.  They are request= ing approval of a 550 sq. ft. Dredge and Fill Minimum Impact Wetlands Applicati= on at 31 Hillcrest Lane.

Mr. St. Pier= re reported that this is a 24 unit senior condo house development.  There will be two units of 6 and t= hree units of 4.  There is 910 line= ar feet of private road.  Mr. Pie= rre spoke of the porous pavement that would be used for the project.  Grass pavers will be installed aro= und the buildings and will support the weight of a fire truck.  He said the installation is challe= nging but very successful in handling sudden rain storms.  Member Paul Dadak asked about roof drainage.  He was advised that gutters would be installed and goes into pipes on the corners of the buildi= ng and eventually under the grass pavers.
