PELHAM ZBA SITE WALK – DEC. 1, 2012 – 429 MAMMOTH RD.

Present: Chris LaFrance, Lance Ouellette, Peter McNamara, Planning Director Jeff Gowan, applicant David Spaulding

The meeting convened at approximately 9 AM. Mr. Spaulding led the Board members to view the site of the proposed in-law apartment (a contractor’s barn separated from the main house by several feet). The Board was given plans for the proposed transformation of the interior. The members, Mr.Gowan and Mr. Spaulding then engaged in a discussion of his proposal, as well as alternative methods of accomplishing his goal. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:30 AM.
