The New Hampshire Office of State Planning is the state agency that provides planning assistance
to Pelham and all NH communities. The set the tone, pace, and
programs for environmental studies,
traffic studies, research, training sessions, and expertise for planning
related issues, and provide direction to the Regional Planning Departments
such as Nashua Regional Planning Commission (NRPC). Below are a few selected documents of interest
