Dear Parents,
North Pole Calling is a program designed by the Pelham Parks and Recreation Dept. The purpose of this program is to offer the children of Pelham in preschool through grades 2-3 an opportunity to talk directly with Santa, Mrs. Claus or one of Santa’s helpers on Sunday, December 14, 2008 between 5-7 p.m. We are flexible with the age/grade. If your child believes in Santa and you’d like them to receive a call, feel free to fill out a form. Santa or his helper would be more than happy to call and wish him/her a Happy Holiday. PLEASE TRY TO HAVE YOUR CHILD HOME on the day/time specified as this is the only time calls will be placed. We’d love to hear from volunteers! ALL FORMS must be at our office by noon on Friday, December 12, 2008. You may mail the form to our office at 6 Village Green or fax to 508-3094. DO NOT FAX A COLORED PAPER FORM; it must be white or cannot be read. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE FORM TO YOUR CHILD’S SCHOOL. We will be making calls from the forms that come into our office only. Please complete the form with as much detail as possible to aid in the calls. Kindly use one form per child. Thank you!

Santa or his helper will not reveal to your child exactly what he or she is going to receive. This information will simply help us develop a conversation. The more info the better!
