Certified Trainer, Sue O'Maley, will be the instructor for the classes.  She has been teaching fitness groups for 25 years.

Exercises are set to music and will include loosening and warming up the spine, easy steps and marching with gentle rhythmic stretching.  This is followed by low impact choreography to slow music.  Strength and balance work are then followed by a relaxing stretch.

There are frequent water breaks and great fun for everyone joining in.
