2014 Summer Camp Dates

** 7/7/13  thru  8/15/13 **

Registration is OPEN

Camp will run 9:30AM - 3:30PM   Mon thru Fri

- extended care is available before and after camp hours

Extended is care is available in the morning from 7:30AM to 9:30AM and in the afternoon from 3:30PM to 5:30PM.  There is an additional cost of $2.50 per 30 minutes.

Registration News

- Registration for Pelham residents only is open May 1st through May 15th.  After May 15th, registration will open for non-residents.  Registration will close on June 30th.  There are 3 age groups: JUNIORS 6-8   INTERMEDIATES 9-11   SENIORS 12-14

- Registration will not be accepted without full payment.  Full and partial scholarships are available for financial hardship.  Applications for scholarships are available at the Parks and Recreation office.  Scholarship applications must be received by June 1st.  Completed applications will be forwarded to the Selectmen's Office for review.

- Camp t-shirts will be given out at the camp on the participants first day. Shirts must be worn to all field trips.

2014 Registration Options

NOTE: You can pick what weeks you would like your child to attend the camp if selecting 1 - 2  or 3 week registrations.  Example - If you choose 3 week registration, you can select weeks 1 -4 -6.  However, once camper is registered and wishes to add another week, it will be treated as a new registration and camper will be charged the 1 week price.  We will not be pro-rating.

3 Week - $250/child; $185 each add'l child (pick any 3 weeks) 3 Week - $275/child; $210 each add'l child (pick any 3 weeks)
2 Week - $195/child; $160 add'l child (pick any 2 weeks) 2 Week - $220/child; $185 add'l child (pick any 2 weeks)
1 Week - $125/child; $100 add'l child (pick your week) 1 Week - $130/child; $105 add'l child (pick your week)

Unpaid positions

Junior Leader Program - The Junior Leader Program is open to students entering grade 9 or higher in the Fall following the 2013 camp season and must be 14 by July 3rd, 2013.  We will be accepting Junior Leader applications starting May 1st thru May 30th.  A (1) page essay must accompany the application stating 3 reasons why you should be chosen as a Junior Leader.  Applicants will not be considered without the essay.  There is a $50 fee for this program to help offset the cost of t-shirts, administrative costs, and field trips.

The goal of the program is to expose these individuals to the playground / camp environment and teach them about leadership, responsibility, and working with others.  The base of operations is Pelham Veterans Memorial Park but participants may be asked to assist at other program locations as well.
