TOWN WARRANT ARTICLE VOTE
The following is a summar= y of the proposed warrant articles and does not represent the exact language that wi= ll be contained on the ballot in March, 2010.

School Resource Officer. The =

raised would equal the cost from May to December, 2010 after which the
position, if approved, would be funded through the Police Department

plus benefits and equipment. =

The Council on Aging will contribu= te $40,000 from the Senior Center Building Fund; the balance of $139,000 is to come from general taxation. <= /p>
The Selectmen discussed and amended the wording for clarification.

All expenditures= are to be approved by the Selectmen. Funds requested come from revenues produced by timber harvesting not property taxes.
