CALL TO = ORDER – 5:30pm

PRESENT:

Mr. Douglas Viger, Mr. Edmund Gleason, Mr. Rob= ert Haverty, Mr. William McDevitt, Mr. Harold Lynde, Town Administrator Thomas Gaydos; Town counsel John Ratigan was on a conference call; also present = was Mr. Jack Mansur

Mr. Jack Mansur was afforded an opportunity to present to the Board some of the hist= ory of the grandfathered junkyard use that he conducted on his 76 Dutton Road property.  The Board accepted = the package of information from Mr. Mansur, most of which is already in the Town’s files relating to this property.

Mr. Mans= ur spoke without interruption for about 15-20 minutes, largely following an outline attached to his August 19, 2010 letter to the Board.

The Boar= d had no substantive questions or comments.  Mr. Mansur left.  The B= oard had a brief discussion with its legal counsel, John Ratigan.
