About Us informs you about our Pelham Senior Center.
Administration
The Pelham Senior Center is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The following individuals staff the Pelham Senior Center:
MembershipTo become a member of the Pelham Senior Center, an individual must 55 years of age. The Pelham Senior Center now has open membership. Pelham resident dues are $7.00, non resident dues are $10.00 per year, due in August.
Nutrition ProgramThe Pelham Senior Center nutrition program provides lunches for a nominal donation Tuesday through Friday. The menu changes weekly and is available for you to review on the Public TV channel and in the Pelham Windham weekly newspaper. To participate in the meal program, you must be 60 + years of age. If you would like to join us for lunch, please call at least a day in advance to make your lunch reservation at (603) 635-3800. If you call by 10 am the day of a meal, we may be able to accommodate you.
Community InvolvementThe following is a list of ways our Pelham Senior Center has been involved in community affairs.
Bus Transportation
Bus transportation can be arranged for residents of Pelham to have lunch at the Pelham Senior Center. On Tuesday, the bus is also available for shopping at Hannaford in the Pelham Plaza.
Inclement Weather PolicyThe Pelham Senior Center will be closed due to inclement weather if the Pelham School system is closed or the Town Offices are closed. If school is not in session due to vacation, listen to WMUR TV for cancellation notice.
Holidays ObservedThe Pelham Senior Center is closed and observes the same holidays as the Pelham Town Offices. Holidays observed are:
