The meeting was conducted in accordance with the Attached Agenda.

 

Meeting Summary

 

Minutes Review:

The Trustees approved the meeting minutes for 13 May 2009

 

Review Of Internal Policy and Investment Plan

The Trustees reviewed, approved and signed both the Internal Control and Invest= ment Policies for the 2009/2010 term.

Signed versions will be submitted to Audrey Blodgett of the Attorney General’= ;s Office in accordance with the RSA’s and the Selectman’s Office = for official filing under RSA 91-A.

Also, a copy will be retained in the Chairman’s file for review.=

 

Review Trust Fund Balances

The Bookkeeper provided the Trustees, for their review, the May closing balance sheets for the Citizens Concentration and Distribution Accounts, as well as= , a register report for the period 1May through 15 June 2009 showing all deposi= ts, transfers and disbursements within that period.

 

Investment Discussion

The Bookkeeper provided the Trustees with individual copies of a forwarded Citi= zens Bank Municipal Services Proposal from Ms. Susan Martone-Baker Senior VP of Financial Services.

The Trustees agreed to review this proposal which covers eligible investments u= nder the Prudent Investor Policy and discuss its merits at the next scheduled meeting.

 

Planned Activities

To facilitate planning, the Chair indicated she would schedule all future meet= ings on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

 

The Library Trustees will be invited to the July meeting to discuss the require= ment that the Trustees of the Trust Fund make timely distribution of income from= all Library Trusts.

The Bookkeeper will provide for that meeting a complete summary of Library Trus= ts, including existing stocks and deposited funds.
