The meeting was conducted in accordance with the Attached Agenda.

 

Meeting Summary

 

Minutes Review:

The Trustees approved the meeting minutes for July 15 2009

 

Review of Account Balances

The Citizens Concentration Account Summery for period ending 31 August 2009, as= well as, register summaries for both the Concentration and Distribution accounts= for the period 16 July through 23 September 2009 were reviewed and accepted wit= hout comment.

 

 

BOS Approved 2010 Budget

The Trustees reviewed the 2010 budget as approved by the Selectmen and noted a $30.00 reduction was taken for elimination of printer ink cartridges Theref= ore, the budget for 2010 will be proposed at $70.00

 

Payment of Invoice to Town

The Trustees approved payment of $1,739 .00 to the Town of Pelham for payment to Bluewater Septic = for repairs at  PVMP against account 032671. Invoice was properly prepared and supported by BOS minutes authorizing the expenditure.

 

Direct Deposit of Dividend Funds

After discussion, it was determined that because of the unique structure of the Citizens Concentration Account direct deposit of dividend checks may not be practical. So, pending further discussion with Citizens and the Brokerages, deposit will continue to be made manually.

 

Outstanding Payment from Town for Cemetery Maintenan= ce Fund

The Bookkeeper has submitted a request to the Town for payment in the amount of $7,200 covering trust funds owed for internments from 23 March through 15 September 2009.

 

DRA Letter on Incinerator Maintenance ETF & Scho= ol Technology CFR and MS-9

It is believed these issues have been resolved by re-submittal of the revised = MS-9 and e-mail clarifications on the status of the questioned Funds provided by= the Town on 10 August 2009.

 

DRA Letter on Cemetery Maintenance Fund

A formal letter requesting guidance from Terry Knowles of the NH Attorney General’s Office was forwarded on 14 August 2009 without response to date.

It was agreed a follow up should be forwarded by the Town.

 

Discussion on Trust Fund Investment

After some discussion it was determined that Citizens Investment Group should be invited to the October Meeting to discuss their proposal and investigate wa= ys to improve fund yields.

 

Next Meeting

The next Trustee Meeting will be scheduled for Wednesday 22 October, 2009 in the Police Community Room at 4:00 PM
