1)Monthly Update Overview
Reviewed Citizen’s monthly statement for Concentration/Checking Accounts
Briefed John on statements
Mary will be training John on how to maintain books—John has worked in the financial services industry and= has training in accounting. He will be a huge addition to the Trustee of the Trusts.
2)Reviewed MS -9/10
3)IRS
The Trustee of Trusts need to file to the IRS every year. Need a tax investment number (TIN). It is unclear at this point which TIN number we are going to use.
