Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that the Pelham Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on
February 16, 2021 at 7:00 PM in Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, New Hampshire to consider acceptance of two (2) subdivision roads as Class V public highways in accordance with RSA 674:40a.
The roads are: all of Drummer Road (connecting to Poplar Hill Road and Stonepost Road) and all of Piper Lane within the Bayberry Woods development.
Maps of the two roads are available for inspection at the Planning Office and from the Planning Department page on the Town of Pelham website at www.pelhamweb.com
