The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will host a Public Informational Meeting to review proposed solutions for two red list bridges in Pelham.  The meeting will be held at the Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH, on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 6:30 pm.  The public is encouraged to attend and participate.  

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs and community goals, and to protect and enhance the environment. 

The purpose of this project is to alleviate flooding concerns, resolve scour concerns, and remove two bridges from the NHDOT Red List by correcting structural deficiencies and deterioration. 

Citizens and public officials will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts regarding existing deficiencies to ensure that the project decisions meet public transportation needs and community goals and protect and enhance the environment.  

NHDOT programs and services will be administered by the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all applicable regulations to ensure nondiscrimination.
