Master Plan Subcommittee

Pelham residents are busy creating a new Master Plan! A Master Plan is the road map for a town’s path forward into the future. It presents the community’s shared vision and goals for our town and sets forth a recommended set of strategies and actions to achieve them over the next ten years. This community-created document ensures that future decisions made by our town boards, community organizations, and developers are aligned with the community’s priorities. 

We need a wide range of participation to help us create Pelham’s new Master Plan. Over the next few months, we will be asking the community for input and direction.
