2024 Tennis Youth Lessons
The Parks and Recreation Department is offering six weeks of youth tennis lessons at the Pelham School District tennis courts. This program will be run by highly ranked 5.0 USTA Certified Instructor, Bono Somorrostro, who was born in Mexico. Bono started his career 25 years ago teaching tennis for Club Med Resorts. Stateside, he has taught tennis at the Nashua Country Club, Hampshire Hills, the Executive and currently is the tennis director at Vesper Country Club.
Please complete a registration form for each child. The lessons will be given once a week and emphasize the skills of the game with a fun and challenging environment designed to get the best out of each participant. Space is limited. First come, first served. Each player must bring their own racket and a water bottle. Makeup classes for inclement weather will be offered whenever possible at the discretion of the coaches.
