Tax Map Changes

We would like to make you aware of some recent changes in our tax maps.  During the process of having NRPC (Nashua Regional Planning Commission) update the maps, it was discovered that some scaling issues needed to be corrected.   Due to these corrections, some properties have had the map sheet re-numbered (sheet) where the predominate amount of the lot resides. Please be mindful of these changes when submitting any applications going forward.  The current map and lot numbers should be confirmed prior to submitting any applications, plans, etc.  The updated tax map and a complete list of affected properties is on our website, and available in our office.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.  Every effort was made to minimize the changes but unfortunately, many properties were affected.
