2025 Pelham Town Beach Permits

The Pelham Town Beach at Veterans Memorial Park is open to residents only. Residents must purchase a beach permit for $20 or renew their permit from the previous year for $15 any time after January 2nd of the following year. The beach permit will allow access through the electronic gate located at the entrance to Veterans Memorial Park, 109 Veterans Memorial Parkway. You must have a household in our software to make payment. For a new pass, we need proof of residency so you must come into the office for that. A renewal can be handled over the phone.

  • Veterans are eligible for a free beach pass. Please bring your Form DD214 and proof of residency to the Parks and Recreation office, and you will be issued a beach pass at no charge.
  • Please be advised, residents purchasing a beach pass are doing so at their own risk. The beach may also close for cyanobacteria issues for an unspecified amount of time.
  • The lifeguards are on duty 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week, starting in late June through the end of August. The park is open from dawn to dusk and passes will be activated through December 31, 2024.
