Assessor
The Assessor's office valuates all property in Town annually as of April 1 of the current tax year, including new subdivisions and all new construction or improvements.

Cable PTV
PTV operates Channels 6, 8, and 22 in Pelham, New Hampshire, with the cooperation of Comcast Communications, Pelham's cable television provider.

Cemetery Department
There are six (6) cemeteries maintained in Town: Gibson Cemetery, Center Cemetery, Gumpas Cemetery, North Pelham Cemetery, Atwood Cemetery, and Lyon’s Cemetery.

General Assistance
The General Assistance (GA) department in a municipality provides temporary financial support and essential services to low-income or unemployed residents who do not qualify for other public assistance programs. Its role includes helping individuals meet basic needs such as food, shelter, utilities, and transportation while they work toward self-sufficiency. The department also connects clients with additional community resources, job training, and social services to promote long-term stability.

Highway Department
The Highway Department plows, sands and salts 106.22 miles of Town roads. The Highway Department is also responsible for plowing, sanding and salting the driveways of the three parks and all the Town Building parking lots (with the exception of the Fire Department and the Transfer Station).

Hobbs Community Center
The Hobbs Community Center is Home to the Senior Programs at the Hobbs Community Center. From 8 am to 3 pm, we offer active and fun programs geared to people 50 and over!

Recycling Center / Transfer Station
Welcome to the town of Pelham Transfer Station & Recycling Center website. It is the goal and intent of the Town of Pelham to provide appropriate waste disposal service to the community in an efficient and environmentally safe manner. The Town operates a Transfer/Recycling Facility for this purpose. Use of the Facility is limited to Town of Pelham Residents only. Please take the time to review the Facilities rules and regulations.

Town Administrator
The Town Administrator is the Liaison between the Board of Selectmen and the Town departments and Community. Reporting directly to the five-member Board, the Town Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Town departments and buildings. All department heads report directly to the Administrator.
