Attention: Per RSA 674:75 Advance Pipeline Notification, any new residential or nonresidential development that is located in whole or in part within 1,000 feet of the center point of a natural gas transmission pipeline shall notify the operator of the natural gas pipeline of the planned development.

Attention: Per decision of the Electrical Inspector, Homeowner Electrical Permits for swimming pools, hot tubs/spas, service entrance replacements and/or upgrades, whole house generators, solar photovoltaic systems, duplexes, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are not allowed. Permits will only be issued to NH Licensed Master Electricians.
