re-registration is required for each program unless stated otherwise. Pre-register for programs and events online at MyActiveCenter (MAC) or call 603-635-3800, ext. 5 or7. Some special programs that require payment at sign up will require you to come to the center or mail in your payment with registration.

Social Programs 

Coffee with the PPD! The second Wednesday of each month at 9 am. Building relationships one cup at a time. PPD Captain and friends from the Pelham Police Department will be here to chat with folks. 

Book Club at the Hobbs Community Center 

The Book Club will meet every month at the HCC on Wednesdays (see the following set dates) from 2pm to 3:30pm to discuss the appointed book. Upcoming books to be discussed:

November 12th: The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon Main winter of 1789. the Kennebec River entombs a man in its ice; Martha Ballard is summoned to determine cause of death which turns out to be murder. This story is about a remarkable woman who left an unparalleled legacy yet remains nearly forgotten to this day.

December 10th: Cooking in Real Life by Lidy Heuck. This cookbook offers a collection of simple, delicious recipes designed for everyday cooking. This cookbook meets readers where they are, whether they're looking for practical tips or endless possibilities in the kitchen. 

Books may be found at the Pelham Public Library, purchased online or at a bookstore.
