Most employees in the District are represented by collective bargaining agreements that set guaranteed rates of pay for each year. Passage of this warrant article will provide a 3% increase in pay for all employees that are not represented by a collective bargaining unit including:
- Administrators
- Secretaries
- Food Service Personnel
- Custodians
- Library Aides
