Municipal Building Expansion / Sherburne Hall & Proposed Floor Plans

The Municipal Building renovations include 3 areas:

  • Sherburne Hall: auditorium seating for large public meetings and community use, including the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, and Conservation Commission.
  • 6 Unfinished Classrooms nearest the Fire Station: converted to PTV studio, meeting room, conference room, and Parks and Recreation's larger office
  • Unfinished space behind the Police Station: converted to lockable storage areas for all Departments
