Agriculture Commission
The Agriculture Commission is an advisory role to the town and it will recognize, educate, promote, protect and encourage agriculture and agricultural resources throughout the Town.

Capital Improvements Committee
The Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) Committee plays a key role in planning for Pelham's future infrastructure and capital needs. Originally re-established by the Planning Board in 2012, the committee is responsible for developing and maintaining a long-range plan for major municipal and school-related projects.

Community Power Committee
On April 18, 2023, the Board of Selectmen unanimously voted (5-0-0) to form the Pelham Community Power Committee. The objective of this committee was to work on the possible benefits of an electric aggregation program for all Town citizens, per RSA: 53-E:6.

Conservation Commission
The Conservation Commission's responsibilities to the Town of Pelham, as established by RSA:36-A, are for the proper utilization and protection of our natural resources and for the protection of our watershed resources.

Forestry Committee
Since 1980, your Town Forestry Committee, together with the Conservation Commission, Planning Board, Board of Selectmen and Parks and Recreation Commission has voluntarily worked to plan, preserve and protect public, forested Town owned lands, the scope of which ranges from forests, parks, open space, water courses, wetlands, wildlife habitat, scenic venues and other forested natural resources.

Forestry Trails Subcommittee
This volunteer trails maintenance subcommittee will be able to maintain and access Pelham's trails and verify safety for all of Pelham residents on the town lands and forest sections.

Highway Safety Committee
The Pelham Highway Safety Committee (HSC) is an advisory committee comprised of the Pelham Police Chief, Fire Chief, Road Agent, and Planning Director.

Joint Loss Management Committee
The purpose of the Joint Loss Management Committee is to bring workers and management together in a cooperative effort to promote workplace safety.

Library Trustees
The Board of Library Trustees regularly meets on the third Tuesday of each month, unless the board votes otherwise in outstanding circumstances. The meetings are in person with a virtual option.

Master Plan Subcommittee (Dissolved)
A Master Plan is the road map for a town’s path forward into the future. It presents the community’s shared vision and goals for our town and sets forth a recommended set of strategies and actions to achieve them over the next ten years.

Town Moderator
The citizens of Pelham elect the Town Moderator every two years. New Hampshire law requires the Town Moderator to preside over the Town Deliberative Session and to oversee the conduct of voting in all elections held in Pelham.
