LEGAL NOTICE
BOARD OF SELECTMEN
TOWN OF PELHAM, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that the Pelham Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on October 27, 2020, at 7:00 PM in Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, New Hampshire to consider acceptance of five (5) subdivision roads as Class V public highways in accordance with RSA 674:40a. They include all of Rolling Ridge Lane within the Sweet Birch subdivision off Gumpas Hill Road, all of Chestnut Lane within the Sherburne Woods/Cedar Crest subdivision off of Sherburne Road and three roads within the Skyview subdivision off Spaulding Hill Road including all of Aspen Drive, all of Powderhorn Circle and the portion of Majestic Avenue that extends from Spaulding Hill Road to its intersection with Aspen Drive and Powderhorn Circle. Maps of the five roads are available for inspection at the Planning Office and on the Planning Department page on the Town of Pelham website at www.pelhamweb.com
