Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 6 as proposed by the Planning Board for the Town of Pelham Zoning Ordinance, as follows: Amend Article VIII "Flood Plain Development Ordinance", to revise old definitions and add new definitions and references to NH RSAs to meet new requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Failure to adopt these changes will result in Pelham being suspended from the National Flood Insurance Program. (Recommended by the Planning Board)
