Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 5 as proposed by the Planning Board for the Town of Pelham Zoning Ordinance, as follows: Amend Article XIII "Enforcement", Article 307-88D to clarify non-expiration of variances in compliance with NH State Law. (Recommended by the Planning Board)

Town Counsel recommends that we eliminate 307-88D from Pelham's Zoning Ordinance in light of recent landmark NH Supreme Court cases that conflict with that section.
