Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 3 as proposed by the Planning Board for the Town of Pelham Zoning Ordinance as follows: Amend Article IX, "Senior and Elderly Housing" Sections 307-49, 50B, 52, 53-1, 53-2, 53-3 and 53-4 to clarify definitions, increase lot sizing requirements, reduce frontage requirements to minimize Town road maintenance costs, increase setbacks, and require additional amenities (Recommended by the Planning Board)
