Article 3

Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 2 as proposed by the Planning Board for the Town of Pelham Zoning Ordinance as follows: Amend Article V "Permitted Uses", Section 307-18, table 2 to add Auto Repair Facilities and Truck Trailers/Container Pods to the table of permitted uses, but restrict them to the Business and Industrial zones. (Recommended by the Planning Board)

Article 3 is intended to prohibit auto repair facilities within the residential district and to restrict the use of industrial-type storage containers within the residential district.
