      • Greg Bakos, VHB, Vanasse Hagen Brustlin, Inc.: Update on NHDOT Project #41751 – Two phased project consisting of the construction of two single-lane, three-way roundabouts at the intersections of Sherburne Road with Mammoth Road and Marsh Road with Mammoth Road being funding under the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) Congestion, Mitigation, & Air Quality (CMAQ) grant.

      • Discussion regarding the Town’s involvement of the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Water System) permit as a regulated entity under the EPA Clean Water Act (CWA) and potentially seeking a waiver pursuant to 40CFR122.32(d) from the requirement to obtain coverage under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for the MS4 that we own and operate in the small Urbanized Area (UA) in Town.
