This Babysitter Lessons and Safety Training class will ready your teen for handling childcare basics. A competent babysitter is knowledgeable in many basic childcare skills, as well as the fundamentals of emergency care. This training program is for potential babysitters considering babysitting practices. It will provide training in pediatric first aid, household safety and fundamentals of childcare. Participants will receive certification upon completion. 5 Separate Sessions offered throughout the year. Same Course Material each class, this is not a repeat course.
- Where: James Nagle Conference Room - Inside Pelham Town Hall, 6 Village Green
- When: Multiple Saturday Sessions offered throughout the 2025 to 2026 Calendar (same course is offered each time)
- Time: 9 am to 12:30 pm; pack a light snack and drink
- Who: Open to boys and girls, ages 11 to 16
- How: Class size limited to 10; first come, first served
- Cost: $65 per participant
