LEGAL NOTICE

BOARD OF SELECTMEN

TOWN OF PELHAM, NEW HAMPSHIRE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that the Pelham Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on October 12, 2021 at 7:15 PM in Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, New Hampshire to consider acceptance of eight (8) subdivision roads as Class V public highways in accordance with RSA 674:40a. They include: Stagecoach Circle & Ladyslipper Avenue in the Lemieux Farm Estates Subdivision off Webster Avenue; Evergreen Avenue in The Pines Subdivision off Briarwood Road; Drummer Road & Piper Lane in the Bayberry Woods Subdivision off Poplar Hill Road; Waterford Way, Innisbrook Drive, and Lond Pond Drive in the Waterford Estates Subdivision off Sherburne Road. Maps of the eight roads are available for inspection at the Planning Office and on the Planning Department page on the Town of Pelham website at www.pelhamweb.com
