Town Clerk/Tax Collector

The Town Clerk's office closes promptly at 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday,Thursday & Friday's & Tuesday's at 6:00 PM so any new transactions for motor vehicles that require Titles, New Plates or Transfers and New Residents will not be processed after 3:45 & 5:45PM on Tuesday's
Marriage License Applicatons are by Appt Only
Please call our office 603-635-2040 to make an Appt.
Paperwork required:
Photo IDs (Current Driver's license or Passport)
Birth Certificates, long form (pocket cards NOT accepted) original or photocopies (a passport does NOT take the place of a birth certificate)
If your documents are not in English, they must be translated into English and be notarized.
If previously married: Certified Divorce decree (Must say Absolute, A Nisi is not accepted) or Death Certificate
Please bring the completed Marriage License Application without signatures
