Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 41:14-a, the

Pelham Board of Selectmen

will hold public hearings on

&

Tuesday, October 25, 2022

at 6:30 PM

at Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH

The following three items will be discussed, all resulting from a plan entitled “Stonegate Estates” Lot Consolidation, Two Lot Subdivision, Land Transfer Plan and 42 Lot Residential Conservation Subdivision, Maps 35 & 41 Lots 10-200, 10-312 & 10-351, in Pelham, NH on Currier Road, Peabody Lane & Bridge Street/RTE 38, dated May 2019 recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds as Plan #41199 (the “Plan”) and Open Space Areas.

1. Acceptance of donation of a 39.6-acre parcel, Map 10 -351-63, as Conservation Land. This parcel abuts the existing 22.8-acre Wolven Conservation Area.

2. Acceptance of a trail easement that will allow the Town to maintain the existing trail system through this new development.

3. Acceptance of a Conservation Easement on a 19.2-acre parcel abutting Tower Hill Road. This is mitigation for the prime wetland buffer disturbance resulting from this new development.
