Notice is hereby given that the Pelham Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on October 27, 2020, at 7:15 PM in Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, New Hampshire to consider approving a draft Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) fine schedule that can be enforced to help attain compliance when the Town discovers an illicit discharge of contaminant(s) being discharged onto ground surfaces or into drainage structures, outfalls, etc. that have impacted or will impact water quality of ground water, wetlands, streams and other water bodies.
