Pelham Fire Announces Safe Exchange Zone

For the past few months the Pelham Fire Department has been trialing our new Safe Exchange Zone. Located in our parking lot at this sign is a well lit area located within the view of multiple high definition cameras with 24/7 video surveillance. Many families have used this during children swap between parents for custody exchanges, the sale or swap of personal property items, and more. We are now excited to announce this program has been very successful and a proven safeguard and will be here to stay! We encourage anyone that would feel more safe being video recorded during transactions or exchanges to visit the fire department for such needs any time day or night. Be safe!
