    • E-bikes- Class 1 and 2 (Paul-Deb)
    • Paul suggests-Class 1 and class 2 bikes are allowed on all bike trails and multi-use paths unless specifically posted otherwise. Tabled for March meeting due to Paul’s absence
  • Eric Radlof our forester price increase- (Paul) Paul is absent, but he shared the email and new pricing with the team.  Vote action to accept Eric’s price increase and continue working with Eric
  • Amend Kirby-Ivers, Costa, Little Island Management plans to include deed and town forest vote information (Deb)
  • Child-friendly trail projects (Stefenie and Deb)
  • Age-friendly trail work – vote to fund needed work at Gumpus Pond Conservation Area Blue Trail Loop and Little Island Pond Conservation Area (Tim and Deb)
  • Merriam Cutter – vote to install farm gate at Sherburne Road parking lot and have the Highway Dept. take care of downed trees at parking lot (Deb)
  • Beaver Ecology Walk to be held at Gumpus Pond CA on Saturday, February 25th. ( Chris)
  • Target practice- Hollis ordnance conflict update (Paul) Police Chief said too strict. Needs to be less strict.
  • No Motorized Wheeled Vehicles Signs – vote to order more (Charlie)
  • Status of securing the bench at Bench at Moose Pond (Ray). Ray completed this project. Looks great
  • Fencing the trees so the beavers can't get to them - update- did we have someone volunteer for this?
  • Trail adopters:( Linda/Charlie) on getting more trail adopters for each area - Tim’s suggestion of a training session Update-
  • Mike quote to move boulders (Paul)
    1. Move boulders in the Gumpas Conservation Area at the intersection of the blue “Beaver Pond Loop” trail and white “Long” trail. These are relatively close to the gate in the Hinds lane parking area.
    2. Move boulders in the Cutler Spalding CA at the intersection of the blue trail and the Class A trail section of Spaulding Hill road.
    3. Move boulders on Lannan and Spring Street if Ray Brunelle has not already done so.
    4. Move boulders and install two 6” by 6” pressure treated posts at the entrance to the Little Island Pond CA at the end of Nature’s Way. The posts should be set so as to allow volunteers to install a 10’ wide farm gate.
  • OHRV committee progress update ( Jason-Bob)  Jason- No meeting since September.  Paul suggested asking Fish and Game and private land. may be worth exploring. -Update-
