The Town of Pelham, NH is seeking quotes/bids for a 3 Ton Dump Hot Box.
It is the intention of this specification to describe a 3 Ton Dump Hot Box as outlined in the following specifications.
Companies are cautioned to list any and all deviations from these specifications in order for their quote to receive full consideration. Companies that do not fully list and explain deviations from these specifications shall be considered as “non-responsive”. Companies shall furnish complete manufacturers detailed literature and written specifications with their proposal. The use of manufacturers’ names and/or model numbers is strictly for the purpose of indicating the quality of materials.
The town will consider some variations to these specifications as not all Truck Manufacture’s offer the same options or features.
All quotes must be received in the Selectmen’s office at 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH by August 16th 2017 by 4: PM EST. Quotes submitted after this time will not be accepted.
All decisions in reference to the bid or selection of the contractor will be made by the Board of Selectmen or an authorized agent, the town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portion of any bid or waive any bid informality deemed in the best interest of the town.
The town reserves the right to select the bid that best meets the town’s needs. While price would be a substantial factor in the town’s decision, the town reserves the right to select a bid without the lowest cost proposal
