The Board of Adjustment met on Monday, June 14 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Pelham Town Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH and voted on the following petitions:

ZO2021-00015 CROOKER & CHAREST – 2 & 4 Andover Street and 5 Methuen Road – Map 30 Lots 11-157, 158, 162 & 163 – Seeking an Appeal of an Administrative Decision has been GRANTED and remanded back to the Planning Board by the affirmation of at least three members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment
