Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 31:95-b, the

Pelham Board of Selectmen
will hold a public hearing on

Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 6:35 PM

at Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH

To consider the Town’s acceptance of a donation from the Council on Aging of four (4) pickleball courts, comprised of three tile courts and one cement court, along with the associated landscaping and irrigation for the area. This gift excludes the memorial trees, shrubs, perennial gardens, birdhouses, birdbaths, benches, and signage. The estimated total value of this gift is $111,459.00.
