2007 School Warrant Article 4
Shall the Pelham School District vote to raise and appropriate the sum of FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY SIX DOLLARS ($ 47,946)? Said sum of money being the amount necessary to fund a 3% salary increase for non-union employees.

Voter's Guide Explanation
Most employees in the District are represented by collective bargaining agreements that set guaranteed rates of pay for each year. Passage of this warrant article will provide a 3% increase in pay for all employees who are not represented by a collective bargaining unit including:
- Administrators
- Secretaries
- Library Aides
- Food Service Personnel
- Custodians
